OSCOO Warranty Policy
OSCOO is dedicated to providing high-quality storage products, including SSDs, DDR memory, and USB flash drives. Our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. The actual warranty period may vary depending on the product category. This warranty ensures that we will repair, replace for products that are found to be defective under normal operation during the warranty period. During the warranty period, we are committed to providing you with excellent service and support.
Warranty Terms
In-Warranty Service: If the product is serviced or replaced within the original warranty period, OSCOO will provide the service free of charge or replace the original product with a new one. If the product was sold with accessories, please return the complete set; do not separate any items.
To initiate a warranty claim: You are required to provide proof of purchase to verify the purchase date and complete the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. If proof of purchase is unavailable, OSCOO will use the serial number (SN) programmed into the product to determine the warranty start date.

Definition of Duration of Warranty:
The warranty duration is from the date of initial purchase. Invoices or shipping documents may be required to prove eligibility.
Repair and Replacement Guidelines
OSCOO-manufactured products are entitled to repair or replacement within the warranty period. Replacement products are guaranteed to include items and components of the same or equivalent specifications as the original.
The Warranty is NOT Subject to the Following Conditions
Defects, malfunctions, or failures caused by: natural disasters, environmental disturbances, power line issues, misuse, abuse, unauthorized alterations or repairs, or issues related to software or expendable items.
Damage resulting from research, development use, or professional testing and examination.
Removal of labels or stickers: This includes warranty and quality control stickers, product serial numbers, or electronic numbers on the product or accompanying materials.
Misuse or abuse resulting from non-compliance with OSCOO’s product manual.
Damage caused by computer viruses.
Exposure to improper environmental conditions for the device, such as excessive temperature or humidity.
Improper use that exceeds the flash memory’s life expectancy.

Remarks
OSCOO does not warrant and shall not be responsible for any loss of data or software stored or installed on any manufactured product, including returned units.
The OSCOO RMA department will make the final decision on whether to replace the RMA product with an equal or superior replacement.
