OSCOO’s OE300, a PCIe 5.0 enterprise-level SSD, delivers high-speed performance, massive storage capacity, ultra-low latency, robust security, and enterprise-grade reliability. Specifically engineered for high-performance storage environments such as data centers, cloud computing, AI applications, and financial trading systems, the OE300 meets the stringent requirements for data handling in these critical fields, providing robust support for efficient operations.
The OE300 leverages PCIe 5.0 x4 technology to achieve sequential read/write speeds up to 14,000 MB/s and 8,700 MB/s—nearly 2 times faster than Gen4 SSDs—perfect for AI, HPC, and hyperscale databases. Its 2000k+ IOPS random performance tackles extreme concurrency in virtualized and transactional environments, while an optimized low-latency controller delivers groundbreaking 4K access times under 60μs (read) and 10μs (write). Built to supercharge data workflows, it transforms raw bandwidth into real-world productivity gains.
The OE300 offers configurable capacities from 1.92TB to 30.72TB, powered by cutting-edge 232 layer 3D NAND technology to maximize storage density and endurance. Its ultra-high 30.72TB capacities solve long-term data retention challenges, while maintaining enterprise-level stability and data integrity across all workloads.
Supporting AES-XTS 256 bit hardware encryption and TCG OpalSupport security protocol, it can effectively prevent unauthorized data access and protect the security of enterprise data. Adopting end-to-end data protection (E2EDPP) and Phison 5th LDPC ECC error correction engine (single error correction double error detection) technology to ensure data integrity. At the same time, it provides enhanced secure erasure (Sanitize) to ensure that the data of retired devices cannot be recovered. In addition, it has a power outage protection (PLP) function to prevent data loss caused by accidental power outages.
The OE300 Features a durability level of 1DWPD (full disk write once daily), suitable for high load environment. Under high load working conditions, the product can still maintain good performance and stability, extending service life. More than 2,500,000 hours MTBF, means the probability of malfunctions during operation is low, providing reliable storage for enterprises.
OE300’s NVMe-MI compliant interface enables real-time health monitoring and remote management, streamlining large-scale deployments and maintenance workflows.
