La prime sera financ\u00e9e par\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">10,5% du r\u00e9sultat op\u00e9rationnel de la division DS<\/span><span class=\"\">, avec\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">pas de capuchon<\/span><span class=\"\"> sur le ratio de distribution. 40% de la r\u00e9serve de primes sera distribu\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e9gale \u00e0 la division DS, et 60% sera allou\u00e9e en fonction des performances de chaque unit\u00e9 d'affaires. La prime sp\u00e9ciale sera vers\u00e9e sous forme d'actions de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pendant au moins 10 ans, \u00e0 condition que la division DS r\u00e9alise un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d'exploitation annuel sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 200 000 milliards de wons entre 2026 et 2028, et sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 100 000 milliards de wons entre 2029 et 2035.
